Officers in Texas received a disturbing 911 call reporting an attempted sexual assault in progress. According to initial dispatch information, the suspect had first met the victim and her husband earlier that evening while they were out at a bar. Acting in desperation, the victim struck the suspect. The blow caused him to discharge the weapon, shooting himself in the leg. He then fled the scene in his vehicle.
