Today is a day I've thought about for a long time.

In 2021, five of us, Jason Truppi, Christopher Kersulic, Shane McGregor, Brendan Cronin, and I, started ForceMetrics because we couldn't stop talking about the same problem. Public safety agencies were sitting on enormous amounts of valuable information, but it was scattered across systems and hard to use in the moments that mattered most. We'd seen what that cost officers and the communities they serve, and we believed we could do something about it.
