That's a Wrap: ForceMetrics at the 2026 NRTCCA Conference

Phoenix in August is no joke. The heat had us convinced we relocated to the Sahara, but the connections and conversations flowing through NRTCCA were downright cool. Last week’s conference brought the real-time crime center community together, and we walked away energized by the people, the ideas, and the shared commitment to safer communities.

On August 23, we co-hosted a kickoff event at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown alongside Verkada and Constant Technologies, setting the tone for a week built on partnership.

Throughout the conference, we were proud to sponsor two of the week's highlights: the Bus Tours and the Podcast Booth. Both were a great way to connect with the community and take part in the conversations shaping the future of real-time policing.

At our booth, we teamed up with Mark43 to show what partnership really looks like. Sharing the space let us highlight not just that we work together, but how we are stronger together for the agencies we serve.

We capped things off with Golden Hour, the happy hour we co-hosted with Mark43 and Verkada at The Rose Garden on August 25, where the cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and conversations carried well into the night.

More than anything, it was a joy to see old friends and make new ones. Thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth, shared a story, or raised a glass with us. We are already counting down to next year, see you in Fort Worth!
