The San Francisco Bay Area has already experienced the impact of increased public safety and security activity. Next up, eleven US cities will host FIFA World Cup matches over five weeks, bringing in visitors from across the globe. 

Each of these major sporting events demands something cities often struggle to deliver, seamless coordination across multiple agencies operating under pressure. The question isn’t whether these cities have enough police officers or federal support. The real question agencies need to be concerned with is whether their data systems can actually communicate when seconds matter."
