In that urgency, the Real-Time Intelligence Center (RTIC) reached out to their counterparts at the neighboring department's Real-Time Crime Center (RTCC). The request was straightforward but critical: help us find him.

After a high-speed chase, the suspect was taken into custody, charged with murder and held without bond.

And later that day, they sent a simple message back to the neighboring RTCC: "Thank you for your quick response."
